InfoCenter
Do you have any questions on how to use your library card, how to search for literature or how to use other services of the library? The InfoCenter is the central service desk for information and advice.
The InfoCenter is operated in cooperation with the University IT (UNIT). Here you can get the ecUM or the library card for non-university members.
Special collections reading room
The InfoCenter has a special collections reading room for items unavailable for home loan, for example, books older than 100 years. Microform scanners are available for reading, storing or printing microfilms and microfiches.
Borrowing mobile devices
Members of the University of Mannheim can reserve notebooks via the Primo catalog and collect them from the information desk in the InfoCenter.
